The answers you look for at night
How much does it cost exactly, and what's not included?
A permanent stay starts at €1.950/month and includes room, meals, medical and nursing care, and activities. Only personal expenses are extra (hairdresser, podiatry, medication not covered). On your first visit we give you a fixed price in writing, no small print.
Is there a place right now?
Yes, as of July 2026 we have places available. Availability changes; call us on 910 555 250 and we'll confirm right away.
What happens if their health gets worse?
We're set up for higher dependency without you having to move them elsewhere. Our doctor and nursing team adjust the care; we only refer to hospital when it's genuinely needed, and we're with you through the whole process.
How do visits work?
No appointment, every day, from 10:00–20:00. You can eat with your relative, go for a walk or stay as long as you like.
What is the settling-in period like (and what if they don't settle)?
The first 30 days are a settling-in period with close support. If in that time you feel it isn't the right place, we refund the unused portion. No lock-in, no penalty.
What should they bring on the first day?
Comfortable clothes labelled with their name, toiletries, their medication with the medical report, and their ID and health card. We have the rest here. They can also bring photos and a piece of furniture to feel at home.
Can I apply for dependency benefits or a subsidised place?
Yes. We help you with the Dependency Law paperwork and the Community of Madrid's service voucher, and we explain whether a private place makes sense while it's being processed. That guidance is free.
